About Ironitia
Independent engineering for systems that cannot afford to fail
Ironitia OÜ is a European technology company focused on critical IT and telecom infrastructure, operational reliability and carefully selected software products.
IRONITIA OÜ
An Estonian company working across Europe
Ironitia is registered in Estonia as an Osaühing (OÜ) and operates with a European, B2B focus. Assignments are delivered primarily remotely across Europe, with on-site work considered when the environment or migration requires it.
The company is led by Xavier Lemaire. Its work is independent of hardware vendors and cloud platforms: recommendations are based on the system, the risk and the organisation's ability to operate the result.
Alongside consulting and engineering assignments, Ironitia is developing specialised products based on recurring operational needs.
OPERATING MODEL
How Ironitia works
- Start from production evidence and business-critical service paths
- Make risks, dependencies and assumptions explicit
- Prefer controlled evolution over unnecessary replacement
- Design for the people and skills available to operate the system
- Keep architecture, implementation, documentation and recovery connected
- Remain direct about uncertainty, trade-offs and limits
WHY / IRONITIA
Why Ironitia
The Ironitia identity is intended to convey solidity, structure and disciplined engineering. It reflects work aimed at keeping complex systems understandable, maintainable and resilient.
It is not presented as a historical word or an invented technical doctrine. The name supports a simple idea: resistance to complexity comes from sound architecture, operational knowledge and continuity of control.
Xavier Lemaire
Senior expertise across the full infrastructure stack
Xavier Lemaire has worked with computer systems since the early 1980s. His experience spans systems, networks, telecommunications, databases, security and business operations.
For more than two decades, he has contributed to the design, operation and protection of telecom and VoIP infrastructure. His work combines architecture with direct operational responsibility: diagnosing incidents, migrating production systems, improving resilience and maintaining services under real constraints.
This breadth matters when a visible symptom in an application is caused by routing, storage, replication, signalling or an operational process somewhere else in the stack.
Projects and assignments in France, Spain, Finland, Sweden, Morocco, the Democratic Republic of Congo, Argentina and Russia.
A precise first conversation
Your infrastructure does not need another layer of complexity. It needs clarity.
Describe the system, incident, migration or architectural problem you are facing. Ironitia will determine whether and how it can help.
